Are you a passionate and caring Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a difference? Celebrations Speech Group is hiring an in-person, school-based SLP for an assignment in Oakland/Richmond CA. Join our supportive and dynamic team in providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to students at the elementary, middle, or high school levels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy for speech/language disorders.
- Conduct standardized assessments and diagnose communication disorders.
- Manage IEP processes, including attending and facilitating meetings.
- Supervise CFY or SLPA as needed.
- Collaborate with SPED teachers, specialists, and general education staff.
- Maintain accurate and legally compliant documentation.
Qualifications:
- Current California SLP License.
- Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders (CFYs encouraged to apply).
- Experience with IEP writing and case management.
- Strong knowledge of Special Education compliance laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Compensation:
- Competitive salary: $77,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
