Virtual School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Case Management + SLPA Supervisory Role | San Francisco Bay Area, CA
Celebrations Speech Group is hiring a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based assignment supporting elementary and middle school students in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. This role supports an inclusive school site, collaborates closely with SPED teams, and supervises an in-person SLPA supporting a 38-student caseload.

- Schedule: Full-time
- Supervision Role: Supervising SLP for SLPA (and CF, if applicable)
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based therapy plans, goals, and therapeutic treatment for speech and language disorders
- Evaluate and administer standardized assessments for accurate diagnosis
- Provide case management for students on caseload
- Attend, facilitate, and write legally compliant and defensible IEPs
- Provide supervision for an SLPA or CF, as appropriate
- Attend trainings as requested and collaborate with SPED teachers, specialists, and general education staff
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- REQUIRED: Current SLP License valid in the state of California
- Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Ability to work within the California (PST) time zone
- Experience supervising an SLPA
- Familiarity with administering virtual assessments
- Experience with case management, IEP writing, and SEIS
- Knowledge of California special education laws and regulations
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and independent work skills
- Excellent written documentation and professional verbal communication
- Positive, collaborative demeanor and ability to build rapport with staff
